After departing the Hurtigruten we flew back to Oslo for a final 2 days of relaxation before heading back to Amsterdam and the stresses of daily life. Chris' parents flew back to the U.S. the next morning, but we had the full day to explore the city.

    ... After being to the Danish Resistance Museum we could compare life under the Nazi party between the two counties. Norway was considered a key area for the Nazi party and the losses and punishment was much more severe than in Denmark. There was also a lot more allied support for the Norwegian resistance movement. That meant they did more damage but at a higher cost. After that we walked around the rest of the castle grounds and then back to the hotel to finish packing. Then ...
