We've spent the last couple of nights in Arendal, an old shipbuilding town which was established in the 16th century and more recently, occupied by the Germans during the 2nd world war. The little cottage we stayed in is like a granny flat on the lower level of the main house.

So the trip to little Arendal was short but sweet I guess you could say. It was in effect just to see 2 awesome people I had the fortune to host back in Brisbane some 12 months ago and see their little part of the world for a couple of days.
