Welcoming and helpful hotel. A little tight for the three of us, it was clean and comfortable. A little noisy but all big cities are I guess. It is very convenient to our sort of attraction.

It was a lovely place, comfortable bed with a lovely view, but it was a little small in the apartment.

When got to the airport we had to find a lady with a sign saying "Jones". Amber and i sat in next to the driver in 2 seats each and driver had 1 seat.We got dropped off at the apartment but we couldn't get into our room until 3pm. So we went for a big walk around, even though we were really tired.

We walked and saw Harrods, the shop where …

We arrived very early so left our bags at the hotel and went for a walk to blow away jet lag. It was a beautiful day and I saw lots of local wild life in Holland park and Kensington gardens. Squirrels, swans and other birds. Lots of people walking dogs, jogging even X-Country skiing on land too.
Mum liked the Kyoto Garden in Holland Park. There …

Today we woke after a solid 12hr sleep in a bed that could fit both of our families. We wandered the streets looking for somewhere to have breakfast and we stumbled on a place not far from the hotel that was a small Parisian cafe, where we both had scrambled eggs with salmon on toast with a side of hollandaise sauce, it was delicious!! We returned …

... it on. The crowd was on their feet for the whole race but the noise level became deafening as she began passing runners to take the lead. She finished in first and I think the crowd cheered for nearly 5 min straight. The third gold medal for the British was in the bag, and all in less than an hour. The 100 meter women's final was a bit anticlimactic after the three British golds. The race was fast and was won by a Jamacan runner, ...

And the winner was Virgin Atlantic.

After spending a short 7hours at Hong Kong airport our good friends at Virgin were kind enough to let me on one of their shiny jets to London. Why seven hours? Well i just really like airports. Actually originally it was going to be 3hours and jump on Hong Kong Air to Gatwick; boarding pass in hand, passport on the way back, a manager came running over ...
