Nakhon Si is a great little town and is the kind of place i like, with plenty of attractions within the town to keep you busy during days off from the motorbike day trips. There is a noticable Thai-Muslim presence in this town, similar to that of Satun, and as much as i enjoy thai food, it was nice to have some muslim style curries again which are delicious. When I got home my friend, Montri (the monk), was cleaning my house and things looked slightly brighter.
