Helped out on a drinks & ice run to the convenience store next to the hotel at one point and worked the door for a while. We closed to new guests at 3am, finished up by 4 - more tame than I'd expected considering our routine 5am roundups in Melbourne. ... loop at Roosevelt station where it was a short walk to Museum Campus. On the way we passed a hoarde of giant legs and a Christopher Columbus statue before we were presented with this giant building called the Field Museum. Our Last Day In Chicago & Our Flight Home
Today is our last day in Chicago and the last of the Di Florio's North American Adventure....sniff, sniff!
Colin & Connor are off on a scouts camp for a week and are packed and gone before we get up. They left us a note saying good bye and wishing us safe travels back home.
