Our hotel for the next few days is a Sport Hotel(!!) So, we are all on a little bit of a health kick!

The hotel comes with a large gym which is free for guests to use - we took advantage of that alot!! There's also a bowling alley inside the hotel. In our heads, we were imagining a big hi-tech bowling centre like David Lloyd; what we got was a VERY dated room that smelt like sick and 3 VERY old bowling lanes with what looked like melons for bowling balls. Before we had been thinking of leaving it out, because it really is very far to the west. But it was worth the "detour".

... what makes it a spa and not a swimming pool. You could take a massage and the water was said to be a remedy for all kind of diseases. It contains lots of minerals and sulfur. But it was mainly water and people swimming or standing around (in water of about 30 degrees C!). A difference was as well, that there were no big slides and therefore hardly any kids.

Later, we met Teri neni and Bozsi neni, my oldest living relatives. Teri neni is 96 years old and Bozsi neni is 89. They are still as sharp as ever and they greeted us warmly like they always do. I think we have a lot to learn from them about how to live into old age in excellent mental and physical health. ...
