May 21,sunny and hot in Corfu, the "Emerald Island", at the entrance of the Adriatic Sea, 2nd largest of the seven Ionian Islands, home to Greece's best olive oil.It has been a glorious day in Corfu and the sea is so very very blue. It is 4:30 and we set sail at 6.
