... 10 years ago with her best friend, Nadine. But then I realised why she was so excited – they have five Nando's restaurants here!!!

So with Thai and Malay cuisine tucked aside for a change, Ness skipped through the doors and feasted her eyes on the menu with a little squeak of excitement – "it’s same same but different" she said – using that now ...

That bus took us to another bigger bus station, still in Pinang. We waited a ...

We smiled as we passed the last Vietnamese rice paddy we'd likely see for a long time and then laughed when we realized it was situated 1 minute away from the airport entrance :P, perfect. We paid our driver a flat rate of 300,000 VND tipped him and geared up for ...

      The ballsiness of Kuala Lumpur

... our month in Malaysia. To sum it up in one word would be to call it overbearing. If Kuching was so layed back it may fall over, Kuala Lumpur was on some serious crack ready to overdose. There are lots, and lots, and lots of people. Everywhere. The population is really not as big as London but somehow it feels claustrophobic. Carrying two huge backpacks, we may as well have stuck a neon light above us that read We are Tourists. A handful of people with walkie ...
