      ... In the end I got my room for tonight so we have somewhere to stay after work.

      The only reason I bring this up is that I have come to the conclusion that nobody at the hotel wanted to disappoint me so they would not use the work NO. I wonder if this is a cultural difference between Indians and those from the west. In the States we are ready to say no at any point. Perhaps that is why Americans are viewed as loud and rude.       As we were 11 people in total, we concluded that we need a mini bus that has 12-15 seats. couple of extra seats could be used to seat the local guide as well as our gadgets like cameras etc. Two of the adults are quite tall, hence they would be needing extra leg room.
