After a resites night sleep. I then had breakfast at the hotels I decided not have my usual breakfast and had pancakes with fruit and cream. The sun was shining it's the perfect time to go skiing. The Horstman Glacier let me experience the best of both worlds get your ski fix and be in the sun at the same time. So that ends my riding time here in Canada as I packed my bike bag before going out for a massive plate of ribs. Any weight that I might have lost during the race and I reckon it was another 2 kilos, I've put on in the last few days with the fine eating and consumption of alcohol. From there I was back on my skis and sniffing out some more powder, like a true powder hound, before getting back on piste and heading home for the day. My legs were very tired as was the rest of me after a very busy week. I got back to Base-II around 1415, so six hours on the mountain, not a bad day!
