      Back in Newark for a couple of days before we head to Rome on Monday.   On Friday we had a big walk and wondered through the city markets that are held on Fridays. Ellie has been nagging us to get her hair done so she booked in to a local  hairdresser and got it cut.       ... the UK she took us on three days of pub crawls. Well a new pub every day for three days. Pubs at Farnsfield, Blidworth and Edingley. Absolutely wonderful food in traditional English pubs. The Old Reindeer, Fox & Hounds and The Lion. There are so many small villages in the area with a local. Apparently they survive on visitors looking for somewhere different to eat. Table service is provided and the atmosphere is great. And they serve chilled lager along with various ales and ...
