      ... recently done the Loop over a two year period in a 43 foot cruiser. One of his companions along the way was "Foreign Exchange", a Bayliner that winters at Paragon and one year was adjacent to us in the yard. They purchased a small island/rock on the way to Hockey Stick and we frequently see the boat there.

      ... Hacienda villa. I was shocked that they were asking $350,000 for a 1500 square foot spot. It did have a nice view of a nature preserve but in my opinion was way over-priced. The agent told me they get over a million hits a day on their website and it only takes one to buy.
