People use gas powered golf carts like they are cars. The entire property is laid out to be very golf cart friendly with dedicated paths and tunnels under busy traffic circles.

We finished our grand tour of The Villages today by visiting a number of "open house" homes ...

Later I joined Richard as a Spectator (it costs $3.50 to ride the cart which also costs $3.50 because you are supposed to walk the course) on the Mira Mesa Executive Course which was very pretty and in a section of the older villages that I had never visited before. One of the other three gentlemen Richard golfed with (all from ...

Yesterday I saw three. I started with a very nice Designer home in the Village of Sunset Pointe (asking $349,000), then proceeded to another Designer home in the Village of Winifred (asking $209,900) and then went to the Village of Duval where I viewed a Ranch Home (asking $189,900). I couldn't resist the middle home as the agent was "Laura" and the Village was "Winifred". Earlier I visited ...
