    Unperturbed we played some poker, roulette and slots. Our stake was small but lasted a few hours which was long enough to justify the outlay. The free drinks certainly helped to overcome the drab interiors and the fact that our feet were sticking to the carpet.

    We checked out the beach in the morning before we left and it had a nice break, with a few brave surfers and a couple of sunbathers. Alas the boardwalk was still empty. ...

Now that the rolling stage and trusses had taken so long to get into place that now every other department (Audio, Lighting, Back Line, etc.) were running over themselves trying to get set up with no time to kill.     ... and swam for as long as they could take it. Thursday night was tacos at our place and then Win, Lose or Draw after the kids were asleep.

    Friday morning the sun was out and we headed to the beach. We had a great setup and an awesome day at the beach! Of course we're all wiped out now but ready to do it again tomorrow!
