This suited us fine for an overnight stop well on the way to Rocky Mountain NP. It was out of season so quiet. You have to go into town for breakfast - we went a little farther on to Sharkeys which was outstanding

    True to its name

Very friendly staff and it was clean enough - but the building and the rooms are truly vintage. If you're into old stuff and don't mind dated interiors you'll do just fine here. I was shocked to discover they had wifi in the building. We had a studio with a pull-down bed, our chief complaint was actually the pillows that were totally flat so we both woke up with neck aches. All in all it is close to the lifts and reasonably priced off-season.

... We descended the hill and made the turn to Left Hand Canyon trying to stay with the group. This would be our theme in the coming miles because once we hit the flats it was full on. We were struggling to stay with the group and it was not going well. When I could look down the speedo was showing 30 to 35 plus mph. We finally made it back to the brewery parking lot. Welcome to Colorado.

I think they just liked to hear our accent. They all want to come to Aus, I think we will have to refurnish Kincumber, maybe turn into a hostel, lol. We are off to see Xavier Rudd at one of the ...

The symphony was incredible. It was performed by a group of musicians who come to Boulder every summer from orchestras all around the country. They stay in the patrons homes and repay the community by giving these amazing summer concerts in Chautaugua Park. Sunday night's symphony was a comparison of ...

... town nestled right up against the mountains. It was great catching up with Dan, but we needed to press westward the next morning, so we said out good byes that night. Dan’s was the life of a musician – up late and sleeping late, and he has carved out a good life for himself – teaching drums to kids of the wealthy in Boulder while touring and playing with his main band, Morsoul, and even playing in a second ...
