This hotel is located right in the Monument Valley Tribal Park, and it's owned and operated by Navajo Tribe. The architecture of the hotel is great, it blends in the environment it's built in. It offers a modern comfort that you would expect from a great hotel in the middle of desert land. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant offers great food. I had a great experience and would go back.

Great hotel. The name says it all. This is a bucket list place to visit. Staff were friendly, room was lovely. Had a very large "starlight room" worth the extra. Be aware that there is no wi-fi or phone signal in the rooms. Not sure why no wi-fi, they have it in the lobby.

This place in Monument Valley Tribal Park is GORGEOUS! And called The View for good reason - every vertical flat surface has a window in it, even the lift. Aside from the aesthetics, every detail for your comfort is considered; the shampoo & conditioner is good quality, there are magnets in the corners of the shower curtain so it stays put, great art on the walls. Comfortable beds & pillows. Room numbers in braille.
10% off authentic Navajo crafts for guests, good local food in the restaurant. Free internet.
Highly recommended....I loved it and didn't want to leave. Well done guys.

A very early start for us this morning, we had to be at the Wahweap Marina for 7am to catch our tour boat to Rainbow Bridge National Monument. This involved a 2 hour sail across Lake Powell into Utah then a mile and a bit of hike and then a 2 hour sail back again. We pushed our way to the front of the queue (disregarding our usual British queuing …

We woke up and packed up to head on our way towards Monument (a 123 Mile 2 hour 15 min drive away) and had checked out and were on our way by 9.30. Another bright, hot and sunny morning. First stop Walmart on the way out of Page to stock up again on cheap pop, juice and beer - so much cheaper than buying in the hotels and bars!

There's actually a monument at the Four Corners. It's on the Navajo reservation, and they charge five dollars per person to get in. After you get out of your car in the potholed, muddied lot, you walk past some jewelry stands before getting in a massive line to get pictures taken at the convergence of Colorado, Utah, Arizona, …
