    ... trip here on the river, but there were only a few rapids - rather tame.
    Visited Great Sand Dunes Desert at bottom of mountains, an amazing site.
    On our way home, drove through Pagossa Springs and surprised to see people having fun tubing down the river, through rapids to the natural springs. We had lunch on the banks of the river watching people tube down the river.

    Back home again for a few days, then onto the airport to greet ...

    ... a charmer. Further down the street, there was a stagecoach ride that gave a tour of the town and we stopped and took one. By that time, the afternoon rumbles of thunder had started and we headed back to camp. After the rain stops, I will take the laptop up to the office and hopefully get yesterday's and today's blog out. We have had a great day so far. Later this afternoon we think we will walk back to town and maybe eat supper...or buy some jewelry on Frank's credit card ...
