... to visit. After a quick lunch which was eaten outside the toilets due to the awful weather we headed to Walmart for a grocery shop. Me and Dani are cooking a full English breakfast in the morning so we had the task of getting the supplies for that. Driving into the Rocky Mountains and stoping for some epic photo ops is a memory I'll treasure for ...

Monday morning brought about 8 inches of fresh snow and I had another half day morning lesson. Today I had a different instructor and we focused on upper and lower body separation and skied Bushwacker, Logpile and some runs off Lift 5. Fresh snow always stymies me, so it was good to have the chance to have a lesson in conditions that I ...

After leaving Moab, we arrived at Mesa Verde National Park to see the cliff dwellings. We toured the Cliff Palace, the Balcony House, and the Spruce Tree House; three different cliff dwellings that are open to walk around.

Yesterday we rode the Durango/Silverton railroad. The top ranked narrow gauge ride in America was running its winter route which meant we could only go halfway, to Cascade Canyon. This has been a lousy snow year so we could have made the ride to Silverton, but ...
