At 5pm we went to St Paul's cathedral to partake in the evensong choral. It was a worship service sung by the choir. What an amazing experience. The choir were phenomenal. The interior of the church was spectacular. Words can't describe how beautiful it was especially the ceilings covered in paintings ...

Day 107

A travel blog entry by kiriandalex on Dec 23, 2013

So sadly it's time to go home today! We had a leisurely morning packing the last few things and going for breakfast before heading to the airport. It was surprisingly quiet at the airport and we flew through check in and security. The plane set off on time and apart from having to circle London a couple of times because of weather conditions, the 7 hour journey was pretty good. Emirates good was quite nice as always and we had lunch and afternoon tea on board. ...
