After my big day at the Zoo I headed to Kata Cuit for dinner. It was great! They have an extensive menu that makes it easy for everyone to find something the like.

Instead of booking a room in advance, I decided to walk around Phuket Town until I found an acceptable one. If you arrive early-enough in the day to find an available room, I've found it saves a good bit of money.

But that was a much longer ...

... away, another of the guides who didn't speak English brought a very large crab - a chicken crab apparently. At about 9pm we were told that we would shortly be heading back to the boat to look at the plankton before bed at 10. We asked if we were able to buy drinks on the boat and got the response; 'No it is not a party boat'. Michelle and I looked at one another as if to say this shall be fun and not what we had imagined! The four of us quickly bought another bucket each and asked ...
