    I walked a total of 14 miles over these two days but they were the most difficult sections of the track so far. The scenery was more rugged than previously and keeping with this the track was very rocky in parts even requiring some boulder scrambling. I had to therefore keep my eyes on my feet much of the way.

    Rich, Tracy and Anne were all up early this morning as they had loads to get sorted for breakfast. Anne went to Asda early to get the last few things we needed for the table.     We were all nursing various degrees of hangover this morning after an unexpectedly heavy drinking session last night. We hung around the cottage all morning before we set off to visit Lanhydrock, one of many National Trust sites down in Cornwall.
