... my first walk of the morning. After passing through some random gates where I had to pay an extra tax of a few rupees I made it to the gauntlet aka 120 stairs lined with souvineer shops. The stairs themselves were okay though I was sweating buckets my the time I made it to the top. I guess I can thank the shops for the tarps that provided the shade as I walked but it was annoying being hassled the whole way up. At least I was in the first few people of the day so some ...

... and was able to eat a couple. Safe food. Only one more day to go. I rested. By the end of the journey I was okay. Survived one more ordeal.
I arrived in Puttaparthi friday morning. Got in an auto directly to Marjory's. I breathed a sigh of relief. A friendly face. Loving energy. A clean environment. So blessed.
India was being purged from my system. On all levels. Despite the numerous and continuous challenges I am grateful. Life is beautiful. And I can still LOL

... to see that when we asked to go to a restaurant, he took us back to the one we really liked. And now we know the name of the place. Chimney was the name! A very tiny place but the food was YUMMY!! But like all people who travel to India, our stomachs haven't been doing so great these last few days. So must say we weren't looking forward to en overnight train ride today. When arriving at the station the driver showed ...
