Even though we did not have high humidity this morning when we arose, it WAS 103 here yesterday and since we are now out of the Rockies, I guess we can expect that and more as we travel eastward. We got up early with a plan to make a run across Kansas which looked, according to the weather forecast we checked, as if it was going to be one of the hottest spots in the nation today. As it turned out, I am sure it was. At least we weren't back into humidity today ...

... s one and a half. I love it here in Kanas with the wide open spaces. I got to ride on a tractor and the man who drove it was very nice. I went to the pond with my Uncle Lawrence. It was so cool!
