      The next morning we woke up ready to take advantage of another day of trails. It cost 15 dollars to enter the Skyline drive so we knew we had to use it as much as possible. We drove to the Hawksbill Gap that had the highest peak along the mountain range at 4000ft. The trail was only 2.9miles but it followed the Appalachian trail and was pretty challenging during parts.       ... is fantastic. We hiked the Rose Loop trail, a 4.6 Mile fun hike. When we started the hike we ran into a couple deer that seemed pretty chill and didn’t mind us getting close and taking some pictures. We thought it was pretty amazing but later realized that the park was filled with deer everywhere and they were used to people. The hike wasn’t too hard but it felt nice to get back ...

      ... left early with Susan and came back and had some ice cream, then danced, and then went to chill down by the river! It's such a beautiful river. And a great place to unwind too! Good finish to a hot day. For dinner Lindsey made us nachos! Shortly after dinner watched Fantastic Mr Fox which is such a great movie! Hard work today but this is what farm life is all about!       ... the falls about 8 feet and in doing so bruised both elbows, her butt, her ankle and may have broken her left thumb. We tended to Dulcey, now embarrassed and very wet. We then headed back to the parking lot with Mattias and Gary trailing behind. On the way Mattias captured a baby centipede and was so proud he wanted to show everyone else.
