I’m the only member of my immediate family who hasn’t been to Vegas before, they all visited
in 2011, so the first real day involved a bit of exploring. This included The Venetian, which as the name suggests is a hotel and casino which is supposed to look like Venice. Apparently the similarity is so striking that upon visiting Venice earlier this year, my sister said “Wow, this looks just ...

When we pulled out of the campground at 11:30 AM, the temperature was already over 90 degrees, and we all breathed a sigh of relief to head back to the (relatively) cooler temperatures of Las Vegas. Unhitching and unloading went quickly, and by 1:30 PM Cindy and I were relaxing in front of the afternoon football game. A very relaxing weekend! 150 miles 3 ...

... in seconds. Once I was unharnessed and took the jumpsuit off it was time to chill outside, calm my nerves and wait for Stef to jump. Looking up at the tower I couldn't believe I has just jumped from it. It did look high. Stef competed his jump and like me he was buzzing and high off adrenaline. We were presented with our certificates and our videos. We then had a bit of lunch and then ventured out on to the strip to check out all the hotels and the attractions. First ...
