... we got back to the Sooby.

Lynn had brined a pork loin roast overnight and I had the privilege of roasting it on the Weber Q. It turned out great, served with ciabata rolls, sautéed pea pods and a green salad. We can't wait to try it with a bit of smoke on our larger BBQ at home. Lots of spices make for a tasty brine.

Tomorrow we head back into Scottsdale for a time of shopping. It seems that we often need a few small items in audition ...
