... and paced not knowing what to do with themselves in the heat. I was not a happy camper either. Sean says I am a pussy, but people are not supposed to be outside when it’s over 100 degrees! Luckily there were misters set up in the back of the yard and Sean and I took the girls every 30 minutes and made them sit under the water until they were drenched. That seemed to settle them. Some clouds came over, the music started and we all had a great ...

That was a mighty fine time

Well, we made it home, safe and sound!

Ireland was a major highlight for us. It will be a repeat trip again and again. Trip highlights for us were the Blarney Castle, Cliffs of Moher, and learning what a "driver's pint" is. While chatting with an older couple in a pub one night, the local woman was handed a beer that had been half-filled with water, then filled the rest with beer. That, she said, is what the designated driver drinks when they go to the pubs. So, uh...I ...

When we get outside I suggest a walk toward the water, which is the Boise River. As we walk behind the Crab Shack we discover that there is a path down along the river so we ...

... Not long after this, we get onto the freeway and are almost at our destination. The time is 8:45.

GyPSY guides us brilliantly to our hotel in Boise. We arrive at our room at 9:20 and only 3 hours later than originally scheduled. For us, clearly 8 hours jare equal to11! It is the end of a long, exhausting day. Tomorrow may be sightseeing and perhaps shopping; but first, I must check my eyelids for cracks. Tomorrow will be here soon…Until then, GOOD ...

We got up and saw that our spot had indeed been a good choice even though we couldn't see a thing when choosing it the night before. We had parked in a bramble of blackberry bushes with fat ripe berries everywhere. We picked a few and drove a short distance along the foggy 101 highway to Tillamook OR to the famous cheese factory. We went on a fascinating self guided tour before heading to the reason we stopped in the first samples. So ...
