    ... freaks me out since Matt had to read a thorough description of the "curdled and boiled pig blood with chunks of pork fat stuffed in a sausage casing." I thought I was eating some spicy wheat pellet-thing. A "hot Irish breakfast" is the same everywhere, too. It consists of a runny white egg, pork and beans, sausage, mushrooms, cooked tomatoes, and blood pudding.
