In the evening attended the Tattoo dinner in the Queen Anne Room- 2 tables of 5 couples with 3 courses which consisted of bread rolls, mackerel and cherry tomato starter,main of venison with pureed kumera, long onions and beet root, pudding of chocolate mouse in a chocolate case and hot drink and fudge very good!       We take the city bus to old town and enjoy a whiskey experience tour, which had we been able to do a real tour we likely would've skipped. It's a bit touristy, and consists of an actual slow motion ride in a whiskey barrel that describes the process before having a guided demonstration of how best to taste in a room with the world's largest whiskey collection.

      Spent the whole day walking beautiful Edinburgh. Had breakfast at the A Georgian Residence. Checked out Google maps to find where Kate lives. Then off we went in search of Kate's residence.       We took a train today to Edinburgh and took a bus tour through the city. It was raining most of the morning, but we stopped at the Edinburg Castle saw the Scottish Sword and Crown from when their monarchy was separate from the UK.
