Although the rooms are small, the location is convenient from Paddington but it DOES NOT include breakfast although they do will offer you a very overpriced one downstairs which I would not recommend. We arrived from an early flight and they were able to accommodate an early check-in which we really appreciated. This is our second time at a Shaftesbury which we find perfect for an overnighter in London.

You need to do all the things in time. You may have to keep waiting for the trains or plans and at that time you can listen to music or read some books. If you reach late then it may create a chaos for you. If you reach well in advance then you can make the journey stress fee.
