      My family dropped me off at my boyfriend Elliot's house on Thursday 29th in Shrewsbury. I said goodbye to them and they left to go up to Manchester and fly out.       ... we had to wait as another boat had arrived just before us.

      When we left the Severn and turned into the Avon at Tewkesbury, the lock was closed for lunch, so we tied up and waited. There were two other boats before us, and we shared with a hire boat.
