School's out, work is on pause and the cottage industry is closed for Christmas. It's finally here after months of waiting and we're all beside ourselves with excitement.

Nearly there
We have finally made all the preparation for the trip. Caravan is sorted out with a new battery and extra lights for the kitchen area. Tomorrow we will take most of the clothes we have and store them away in our new drawers and cupboards. Supplies of food are on board, wine to follow.
Al the bits and pieces work but we haven't got the gas heater to work, nor the fridge on gas, but we are not expecting to use them so they can wait. The fridge works well ...
