          New natural elegant home styles.

A close relationship with the sheep. I think the room must be booked in advance.

          Weekends are very crowded.

... it, they can't actually count how many bats there are in the caves because the smell is so bad. They can only guess and there are 100s of thousands of millions of bats in the caves here. This is demonstrated in the fact that it's a solid continual stream of them leaving the cave for over an hour. Plus apparently only a fraction of them leave the caves each night so the millions we saw weren't even a majority of the population. The bats fly around 6. I tried filming it ...

          Temperature: 30 Celsius
Weather: Blue sky with clouds, hot

It was close to 10:00am when we finally arrived at the Damnern Saduak floating markets and like anywhere else I've been so far, the place was already crowded with tourists! As the old saying goes…..if you can’t beat them, join them! And that’s exactly what I did; I became ...

... if you ask me. I’ll definitely miss this hotel along the Chao Phraya River but on the other hand, looking forward to a new chapter of my trip!

Our suitcases were put in the hotel’s storage room to be picked up later in the afternoon and then we boarded our minibus for our morning tour to nowhere else than the world’s famous Damnern Saduak Floating ...

... t stomach anything. I gave rest another try (with couple more pills) and lay in bed again at which point I felt stablised to the point I could stay still and nothing would try to escape.

I managed to last like this until around 3pm when the Gods decided to send another thunderstorm - which in turn led to the inevitable - powercut. Great! So not only now was I sick and sweating the aircon was gone and the room was beginning to turn into a human size ...

... degrees heat without aircon and all street lights are powered by the same grid then this becomes somewhat of an issue. this was now a waiting game as to when the one and only company engineer would make his way to our street - little did we know that is was going to be a while!

without aircon the house began to get very hot and humid inside and combining this with the setting sun very dark indeed. we ran around the house lighting ...
