... Reggae bar, I had a plate of rice with some chicken and veg, and a glass of pineapple juice all for 12 ringgit (2.40 ish). And that's expensive bar prices! I also had a quick f*ck...which is a shooter, by the way...
Oh, and I observed a wonderful moment of classic stupidity from a fat American woman at a nut stall. Basically, this Chinaman was cooking and grinding nuts in a grinder shaped like a large bowl. The woman pointed to the ground nuts, which were ...
... heading to Taman Negara on tuesday. I feel like I have been here a couple of days too many, as I have so much to see and I saw most of KL a couple of days ago, but its cool hanging with Sacha as I know someone here and someone who knows the area. Goodnight everyone. Keep up to date with my blogs, also I have updated all my Bali entries and Gunung Bromo entry with lots of photos.
Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia leehorscraft... were a little slippy. One slip on your way down and you'll be doing 10 steps per second using various parts of your posterior! I slipped, but luckily it was on the steps inside the cave, so I only did about 10 (in two seconds, as it took time to accelerate). With a sore, muddy **** (but a smile) I then walked to the Dark Cave next to the main one.
In this one I got a torchlight tour for about 7 quid. Believed to be 120 million years old (the cave, not the tour). Phew ...
... places in Indonesia, and he told me the same about Thailand. A few hours later we headed out for dinner in China Town again, and then went for a few beers. We got on really well and were having a good time, but sadly this was curtailed at 8pm as Anthony had to leave and get his bus. I went back to the hostel, did some blogging, then got talking to another English guy - Will - who had just arrived that evening and was staying in my dorm. We decided to do some sightseeing the next day ...
Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia alastair6... The lower deck had sofas, TVs and a refrigirator - looked like a lounge of a star hotel. The upper deck seated around 20 people in 1+ 2 seat pattern. So enough legroom. The roads were amazingly smooth, lots of greenery around, lunch and tea were served in the bus - the trip was a memorable one. Please donot miss the bus journey. Aeroline is the best (Nice ++ bus is also equally good according to lots of people) and since Aeroline starts from Corus, another reason for us to ...

The next day we headed for Selangor Nature reserve, which was easy enough to reach by taxi from our hotel. We were pleasently surprised by what we found. The reserve was small and walkable, and there were no other tourists. We spent the whole day wandering around the wetlands, where we saw, leaf monkeys, macaques, monitor lizards, kites and a huge spider. That made it well worth the trip for us.
Hi guys,
Got to Kuala Lumpur from Singapore on the overnight train. Arrived 2 days ago I think? We're staying in Chinatown so there's a market right on our doorstep. Tons of knock-off bags and watches and loads of pirate DVDs. Kuala Lumpur is a cool city, kinda has a lot of character although we really haven't seen too much of it. After spending so long in each place in India we're really eager now to keep moving along once we've seen a place ...

we left for the airport and by the time we mosed around and brought some food etc... we had 5 minutes to be at our gate and usually for australian airports this would be okay... we forgot we had to get through immigration and it was the longest line!! so i went up to one of the security people and after he ...

Mee prawn
Noo dle soups aren't really my bag. I enjoy them once in a while but I'll never crave them. And of course, being Vietnamese, it's a bit tough to dethrone the champion of noodle soups in my heart, Pho (Beef noodle soup!). Mee prawn was a good tasting dish, the noodles and toppings were cooked nicely, and the ...
... puppies. The chance to get rabies is not worth it. She definitely wasn't out of line to go get it checked out because it was easy to just go and ask someone and it would keep her head from spinning and going crazy wondering if she had rabies for the next few weeks. Sometimes just going to check something out like that is good just for your mental health and peace of mind even when nothing physically is wrong with you. Henning came over that ...
