Our boat wasn't departing for nearly an hour, so we did have to put up with a bit of the usual sales pitches and chats. ... So half of the boat had to get out to push! Oh dear oh dear! When we got to Gili Air they seemed to be a lot more going on but not too much to be annoying! We got to our hotel and Benjamin had done it again...he had told them it was my birthday... They had decorated our balcony, put flowers in the room and cake and candles! I was so embarrassed again! Haha but the cake was good! :) we went to a little cafe ...

... t see where we were going. So there was one person sitting right on the tip of the bow, raising his left and right hands intermittently and the boat would turn in the direction of that hand that was raised. Caroline napped through the ride, and for a person who is generally so energetic, it was a sure sign that she was tired. We got to Lombok, and as we were getting off at the beach, a local man offered to help Caroline with her backpack. She accepted his offer, and he carried ...
