... quite soon that that took way too long so we switched over to the interstate. Arrived at the airport after probably almost 3 hours. Dropping off was easy but to get a shuttle bus to the port not. We stood in a queue for over an hour before we were on board and then we were dropped off last. Worst traffic snare in 12 years said our bus driver who was a chatty, very competent Jamaican woman. Six or was it seven cruise ships to board and leave on this day. Some ...

You can't beat ...

    4. After it became clear, nobody was going to catch Rory, I met Maggie back at the media area just off the 18th green where we got to see Graeme MacDowell, Padraig Harrington, Ian Poulter, Adam Scott, and Tiger Woods up close giving interviews to the media. Then, of course watching Rory sink that ...

We are having a grand time at the PGA this week. The media center is first class, complete with dining facilities and a bar. We are picked up by a bus each morning at a Charleston hotel 10 minutes from our campsite at the James Island County Park, then driven to the golf course at Kiawah. The traffic is crazy so it takes us one and a half to two hours to ...
