Ate excpetionally well (whats new) and the menu included Kudu which we tried for the first time and found it to be really tasty and tender (no we didn't hunt it if you're wondering).....

... and lied down. I had to sit back up because the bus was filling up but it was to let 2 girls sit at the back so I did not mind too much. I apologised for being rough and stinking of booze and fell back asleep. I did not make many observations on the way as I was too tired unfortunately.
We stopped at the services and I needed the toilet for a chance. I took a little longer than I ...
Well, i thought seeing as i said i was going to do this that i better put my first enter in at some point before i get home. Been some interesting first few days: the flight was shattering, and the people from the middle east (flew to Qatar of course (they kept telling me on the plane that i was on the first 5 star airline, if that is relevant)) don't seem to understand "stop kicking my chair, you ****!" so evidentally i got no ...
Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa samuelwhite89... lunch and dinner today and breakfast tomorrow, as I didn't plan to leave my room once I got settled in in the late afternoon. I then returned to my room to have a late lunch of store-bought delicatessen lasagna. Upon finishing lunch I got into a conversation with Monica and her husband Reichart. He is a 70-year old retired government official who looks a lot like Rodney Dangerfield, the American comedian. We ended up talking for hours and hours because Reichart ...
Port Elizabeth, South Africa bangkokrandy... it was imitating Tarzan as we headed into the forest for what was termed a trek above the trees. Effectively there were 10 or so rope swings/death slides that were perched in the treetops and we navigated the forest by sliding between different platforms - some as long as 90m long. It was pure exhilaration swinging as much as 30m high in the air between these trees (even if we were stuck with some fat, hung over South African girls!). It was ...
Port Elizabeth, South Africa dave.arkellSo the roadtrip continues on to jeffrys bay and i,m losing the will to write however the only real highlight of this place was our room location, the beach, weed, vegetable soup and a billabong wharehouse. But it was really good just to kick back after a few days of just driving. No real excitment just chilling and a feeble attempt at sorting out money and flights etc....also i ...
Jeffreys Bay, South Africa martinwilliams... my behalf before we got anything down on paper! On Friday a load of us went to watch SA play Pakistan in a one day game here in PE. It was a brilliant experience; so much colour and noise. Our barmy army songs were completely drowned out by the Xhosian supporter's songs. Unfortunately the game was cut short by rain (even here!) and we didn't see SA ...
Port Elizabeth, South Africa jamesedmondson... même si l'une d'entre elles a le visage abîmé. On prend une photo, tout le monde est content, merci, au revoir. Quoi, pas au revoir? - Please give me 2 rand, I sang for you - But I gave you some chocolate ! - No, I sing for money. I sing for 2 rand.
Coffee Bay, Transkei, South Africa southernfryWhen we finally found the elephant park, the kids were so hungry that we had to eat before even starting the drive through the nature park. The food was quite good and less expensive than I had expected for being in the middle of such a tourist attraction. After our lunch we piled into the car on a hunt for elephants. I was going to wait to see these animals but I ran into a few people who said that they actually spent 4 days on safaris without seeing one lion or ...
