... Humen is right by the Pearl River estuary so all the cargo ships come through there. Then I walked up to some of the old forts which was cool too - also going right past Humen Bridge which is pretty incredible. I'm not normally into bridges but it was so huge and impressive!

... so it seemed like a localised problem. It was nearly out flight so we went airside and say by the gate where we found out that it had been delayed. We discussed contingency plans in case it was delayed a long time and then there was an announcement in Chinese over the tannoy.
