      Tuesday finally arrives and we're on the 1803 out of Exeter St David's after a quick beer in the Great Western. As we pull out we dig into our supplies, I head to the buffet car to pilfer some ice and we settle back to enjoy a couple of G&T's.       ... to the village. Our visits are getting more perfunctory, no? Oh well, on we go to Tintagel in Cornwall!

      The ruined castle at Tintagel is only about 35 miles from Clovelly. Along the way we passed through Boscastle, which I have only seen on television, usually with a terrifying flood ripping through the middle of village and rescue helicopters hovering overhead.       ... coast, and is quite the beautiful city! We just had the afternoon to wander around and look at all the quaint little shops that the town had to offer. I could imagine how busy it would be during the summer when it was warm! It wasn't the coldest, but it was chilly to me to be sitting out on the beach, but there were people that were doing so!
