... Passanten, die ihnen Futter geben. In aller Ruhe lassen sie von sich Fotos machen. Erst kommt die Affenmama, dann der Vater und schließlich sogar die Kinder. Aussteigen sollen wir aber nicht, weil sie wohl auch garstig werden können und dann anfangen zu kratzen oder zu beißen. Trotzdem sind wir ganz nah an ihnen dran.

... 14 Grad! Am Anfang habe ich die frische Luft noch sehr genossen, bis wir im Hotel feststellen, dass es keine Heizung, nur eine Heizdecke im Bett gibt. Die war dann auch den ganzen Abend auf höchster Stufe, die Koreanerin wollte ihr Bett gar nicht mehr verlassen ;).

Long day long night
Day one was long,long,long. Left Powell river at 0630 on the 12th and travelled to Vancouver, did some shopping, dropped Leslie and Rene's car off and dropped our bags at the airport in storage,sky trained downtown to Vij's Indian food restaurant (Granville and 11th). Encouraging Experiences
... She shared her photos with me. She related that there were 5 baptism pools and it took ~1 1/2 hours to baptize the >500 new brothers and sisters.
I was almost in tears just looking at the photos and listening to her as she related her experience. She explained that that convention helped her to make her resolve to learn Chinese and to move to Taiwan to do so.
