This is our lovely daughter who decided to to take leave of her job in paediatric nursing in Neonatal Intensive Care to ...

... said he would wait for us to pass through and help us get a taxi, so we thanked him and said we would be as quick as poss! Jeff still on a para as she kept looking if Tito was still waiting for us, The que took forever! We finally got to the front and decided we should extend visa here so it's already sorted, so we left the que and spoke to the visa extension people(really lovely and smiley), gave the docs needed and paid but this took over 20-30mins more.
