Elephant Poo
... elephant poo. We did see some black faced monkeys, the rear end of a deer, some dragon flys and a kingfisher. Plus I made a new best friend and shared my paratha and water with a local dog.
We also saw two beautiful waterfalls, which apparently in the rainy season increase in size by four times. So sadly our animal spotting trip was a failure, but it was well worth escaping the chaos of India for such a relaxed and pleasant ...
Mouse on board
... we saw the Mosque of Dilawara Khan, the Hindola Mahal, Gada Shan's palace, Hoshang Shah's Temple and the Ashrafi Mahal. We got back onto the rough roads, taking a late lunch stop at another roadside cafe. We bushcamped again with dinner by our cook. We discovered that some chocolate in our fridge had been nibbled by a mouse, so we set a mousetrap.

Malla kings terracotta temples
Train to Bishupur 155 rupees. Hotel 350. Guide no teeth takes us on rickshaws around the tiny lanes to the temples. Mix of muslim, hindu and buddhist back to 1600's. Poor drivers need get off and push the hills and chain comes off at times. Visited a saree shop. Takes a week to make and they 3500 rupees - no buyers. In fact we only visitors in town.
