      ... three of us wasted no time in heading straight to the beach to write out our own names in gigantic letters. The drier sand towards the town was so hot that it burned our feet. We returned to the observation deck of the Q1 to survey our handy work and to enjoy a drink.       As someone who actually tries to aim the ball where I would like it go, it is somewhat disconcerting to watch Jo Ann line up a ball - at what looks like, say, the Pharoah's toes - and have it somehow go directly into the hole.
