... as I said to Bill a friend on Facebook, it's all part of the fun in travelling - you have to take the rough with the smooth and be thankful that we got home safely - just a little bit later than planned.

And so ends another travel blog. This book is going to be a big one - I think around 400 pages. I'm so glad I've done it as we've seen and done so much in the last seven weeks that it starts to blur in your head and at least I can refresh ...

... had it several times before on short haul overland flights but never on a transatlantic one... I didn't even know it was possible so once again: THE PINNACLE OF TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN REACHED! So I am actually writing this on the plane in mid-air
I managed to snap some photos from the Oneworld Lounge at terminal 3 on Heathrow and some surprise photos of Fabian from... well right now... so enjoy
I'll update some more tonight from MIA once we land ;)

... We were boarded by 5.10pm for a 5.50pm departure which transpired at 6.10pm! Once on board the child in front of us proceeded to bellow for a good half hr all up until his father got up and wandered around with him. His dad will be exhausted by the time this flight is over. We got a boarding call an hr prior to take off which was a bit rich, but we were so hot it was good to get out into the cooler waiting ...
