... fly from London/Heathrow to Atlanta. Some of us read, some watched a movie,some caught up on their sleep, and some did a combination of all three! When we arrived we had to go through customs. ... A policeman was standing at the stop where the bus had been. Jo asked him if the bus that had just left was the shuttle to Terminal 5 and he replied that it was. She then asked why it hadn't pulled up at the signposted stop and he shrugged and said "oh, the bus can't go in there because of the roadworks."
