As she gave it back to me she reminded me to not worry about anything and everything will be okay. Her words were like the warmth of Campbell's soup going down my throat on a cold winters night with a broken thermostat. As I headed to TSA, one tear rolled down my cheek. I wiped it away and did what I could only do... move forward.

I am sadden that I will be leaving him for 10 months and he will be deploying to Kuwait this year. May God have mercy on our souls and give us strength to conquer the challenges that await us during our travels.
