      ... that it would go poorly. But the (nominally) 14 hour daytime trip from Denver to Salt Lake City with grandparents who provided two extra sets of hands seemed like a good way to test it out.

      So we booked onto the train, planning to ride over to Salt Lake City the day before flying to Newark, then taking a mandatory overnight before continuing on to the Bahamas the next morning.

      Day 14
      Today we drove from the Grand Teton National Park to Salt Lake City. The drive was 5 hours long (roughly). On our way out, we saw a small black bear hiding in the bushes by the road!
