I got all emotional...I didn't know I was such a good actor...Helen Mirren has nothing on me! The meal was absolutely lovely, and we tried something we have never even heard of...caper berries...Dave hated them, I loved them. We left a tip because we felt Amelia deserved one. Had a good flight, good landing, fast through passport control, luggage arrived quickly, met with car by Emma's parents, got down to Southampton quickly in time for 9am ferry - it's Cowes week so ferries are very busy - told to wait until 11am! ... to get my motorbike insured for Europe. It took me some while and a certain expense to get my motorhome insured for an extended trip to Europe but that has now been done, however they now say that they won't insure motorbikes to go to Europe for more than 90 days unless they are a tourer. I pointed out that I would be touring around but apparently unless I own a Harley Davidson it doesn't count. Two weeks later I still haven't got the bike covered for ...

Stonehenge, despite its huge tourist parts and long stream of endless visitors was still a wonderful experience. Much larger than the boys thought, it still had an awe inspiring feeling to it. On the way to our next overnight stop we visited Winchester. Looking for another pointy spire like Salisbury we were disappointed not ...
