    ... panels within the churches. These photos will keep for relatives.

    The rest of our trip will almost seem like an anti-climax, as we ended up achieving some of our aims. Anyway, we are off to Shrewsbury, of which we don’t know much, then Gloucester, to finish in London. Our trip is heading to a climax and we have experienced the emotional highs of visiting our ancestral homes.

    ... you belong to The Caravan Club, then these are private locations (usually farms) where there is room for 5 caravans to set up. Sometimes they have power but they all generally have fresh water as well as the facility to dump grey water and empty the toilet. Whilst in Plymouth, we visited the Mayflower Steps and discovered that they were also the starting point for the colonisation of New Zealand in 1839.

    Thursday 17th July - Bollington

    After returning the key & farewelling Sue & Ken we returned to Brockenhurst via a devious route.     ... the end of what was a truly unforgettable experience, one which we would urge any to partake. We thought it would only be right tie up all loose ends with a few 'final thoughts' and 'top tips' so here goes.

    The burning question every one asks is 'what was your favourite place?' and unsurprisingly it is one of the hardest to answer so we have compiled a list of top five places and experiences, in no particular order:

    1. The Gili Islands - breathtakingly beautiful ...
