... re somewhere rather different than home!

We then switch buses and reach Clarksdale for dinner at Ground Zero. For those who had not been here before, the first look at Ground Zero is a bit surprising! Our on-bus musicians sing a guest song on the stage and make the most ever out of the one song they are given! I settle in for the night in my very own room and wait for the next day.

... so hopefully we can actually "do it all". And by "all", I mean doing at least one ghost tour, seeing the castle, taste different local ales, watch a rugby game in a pub and cheer alongside Scottish people, buy and proudly wear a kilt (You know you've always wanted to see me in a man-dress, admit it), go to St. Andrews golf course where golf was invented, maybe go to Glasgow and do what one would do when in Glasgow, see a few cathedrals, ...

(Oxford MS, Tuesday, January 23, 2007)-The first few days of our residency at Two Stick provide us with some much-needed rest and recuperation from our ********th in the North, and Dr D and I take full advantage. First we go to the doctor's and have her cast removed, then to another specialist to start the rehabilitation process of her left arm, which is healing nicely by now. We're eating the finest sushi in America three times a day compliments of ...
