Woke up this morning from a really good sleep. The rain has come! Knew that beaut weather wouldn't last long! Breakfast was amazing, walked into the dining room to a table full of fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses, pastries and then she gave me a full menu to choose from. Of course I ordered the English breakfast which was delicious! Couldn't go past having an almond and custard pastry too though. This hotel ...

When it came to my fellow Aussie's actual birthday on the Saturday it was decided that we would take a nice stroll around the campus as it is huge and we had yet to explore all the hidden gardens and pathways. Words cannon describe how breathtakingly beautiful University Park Campus at the ...

... morning, we slept in until about noon and went out to Nottingham's Christmas village. In the town center, they've set up a bunch of cottage-style food and craft stands with fake snow and trees all around. There was also an ice rink, but while everyone went skating, Devon and I went around the village. It was adorable. (See the photos!) Since coming to England, I've become obsessed with this type of candy that you can get at fairs and markets. It has the same texture ...
