It took 45 minutes, and we were able to fill up the water tank, and empty the cassette and the rubbish before turning round and mooring. Hazel went shopping and then we both met at the eating plaza, where we had a very salty oriental lunch. Ivor and Steph have told us about a fasting diet they are on. You can eat what you like, but only between 10am and 6pm. They say they lost several stone, so we have decided to try it.
