Dinner last night at The Old School House in Port Isaac was probably one of the best we have experienced this trip. Starters were Smoked Duck then Grilled Scallops, mains were Tiger Prawns in an asian sauce and Whole Grilled Bream stuffed with crab and lobster meat. Desserts were the now obligatory Creme Brulee and Chocalate Pudding. An Australian wine complimented the meal just nicely.<br><br>Next morning ...

... a couple of jobs, ski resort jobs, retail.. something a bit different to what I do. I did also apply for some computer jobs as well just to see how I go.. As yet nothing!! I'm just wondering if they disregard me because I haven't got my national insurance no yet.. ah well it should be here soon. I'm a bit miffed actually because some of the applications took a bit of time to do and they don't even have the curtesy to even acknowledge your application.<br><br ...

... run down them!! <br> In Bath we started at the Huntsmen, very appropriate.. lovely pub except I went to the loo and when I came out I couldn't find my cousin.. she'd gone upstairs out of the way. ... almost like the whole country has come to a stand still over a little snow! Are they not used to it by now? We certainly are not! Hehehe.. Martin and I went out yesterday to play in the snow! (It was soooo cold, luckily I had my welllies on!) We built a snow(wo)man and everything! We even had a snowball fight in the park! Oh what fun we had!!! I felt like a little girl with a new bicycle the whole day. I tend to get rather silly ...

... bridge that has shops on both sides of it, walked around the Bath Abbey which is another beautiful cathedral, and passed Sally Lunn's house which is the oldest house in Bath. Overall, I would say Bath is one of the cutest English cities I've seen that is just fun to walk around. Super cute! We got on the 5:13 train back to Plumpton so we will be back in a couple of hours ...

... Upon Avon lock. The rest of the short distance to the Staverton Marina was quite easy again allowing for everyone to take a quick shower before having to clear off our luggage and vacate the boat. By 9am we were in our little Ford and heading back to London. We stopped along the way in Newbury for a quick breakfast, though this took a lot of searching as the shops seemed reluctant to open up so early on Easter Monday. We arrived in London by 11am, greeted with some more snow!!!

We are on a Scripture Union camp at the moment, and today is a trip into the town of Taunton. Hence, I have headed off to the library to check email and book more accommodation.
