          ... oil all over my body. The oil drained from the table into a basin which sat on a small gas ring to keep re-heating it. The treatment is designed to relax the muscles. The afternoon treatment saw Thomas applying oil to my joints, which he rubbed in strongly to the tissue around the joint.           ... so off we trudged down a pitch black alley which turns out they'd freshly cemented that day, (we found this out when we got our torch working a good 20 metres in). So the alley was creepy dark and super long and twisty and we just kept following signs and trying to avoid more fresh cement, got yelled to by some construction workers having a ciggie that we should go, "straight then the right then the straight then the left" and finally, Bastion guesthouse!           ... we had to help him get a free tablespoon of petrol earlier by letting him take us to a very expensive bazaar from whom he clearly gets a commission! Not surprised the prices they were trying to charge!!!

          Anyway, the Park Avenue (18 per room per night) is very acceptable and the staff are all rushing round like mad intent on making everything spot on.
